They cooked the lobsters steamed clams, and corn perfectly. The blueberry salad, coleslaw, and dinner rolls were sumptuous. Everything was served efficiently, but without making anyone feel rushed. In preparing the steaks they went to some effort to seek out the individuals who had ordered them so that they could be cooked to their respective requests. In the end, everything was cleaned-up and packed away before anyone even knew it.

90th Birthday party

On one of the most humid of days, Jennifer showed up on time and by herself, and despite the horrid conditions, she somehow put together a great clambake. Not only was she able to get the food cooked right when we have planned to be served, but she worked diligently to make sure that all the rubbish was removed, and went out of her way to make sure every guest had a meal that they would truly enjoy. Based on her efforts I feel it only fitting to add to her gratuity for the day.
