Our Catering Division, founded in 1976, is committed to making your event an event your guests will rave about. Our extensive list of innovative menus were developed from our attention to customer feedback. Whether it’s a clambakecorporate outing , BBQ, family event, wedding, or special celebration, we have the perfect recipes to stir up a stellar event. A Bit About Who We Are . . .

Keith and Tracey have over 70 years of collective experience in the clambake business. Keith's experiences began at a young age. He started digging clams at the age of 12 as did his father, grandfather, and great-grandfathers. His other grandfather was a life-long lobster man and Keith grew up in a family seafood business.

Keith learned the business at a young age where he came to direct and manage catered events all over New England, as well as Philadelphia PA, several venues in Florida, and Las Vegas NV. He also graduated from a management training school run by a major food chain (Popeyes).

Tracey's experiences with clambakes also began at a young age in the same family business. She additionally began catering clambakes as a teen. Tracey worked with her mother who managed and built the function business. She has overseen payroll, booking and planning events, kitchen management for weddings, dinner dances, big bands, and special events that host 300-350 people.

Tracey holds a leadership role in Cape Ann Chamber of Commerce and opened and managed the new Woodman's restaurant in N.H. She has "done it all!"
